The Lottery

At DELC, we utilize a lottery system instead of a traditional waitlist for open spots. We follow the 9-R School District Academic Calendar with our school year starting the last week in August. 

The first week in January, we will post the lottery form on this page. You will be sent an email with your child's lottery number. In March, a community member, our Executive Director, and a Board Member pull lottery numbers. The available spots for the upcoming school year are offered in the order the numbers were pulled.
